Keryn Shane, a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012, has a diverse career history in the field of mental health. Her experience ranges from roles like Program Director for an adult partial hospitalization program to Director for an organization providing in-home counseling services to youth. In addition, she has worked as a therapist in an adolescent partial hospitalization program, a counselor in a high school setting, and as an admissions counselor in a hospital setting. Currently, she operates a private practice in Point Pleasant, NJ, working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, and relationship issues for adults and adolescents. Keryn is an active member of The American Counselor Association, with credentials as an Approved Clinical Supervisor and a National Certified Counselor. She is a cofounder and Board Member of Moorestown Integrative Wellness Inc. She has received training in various areas including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Crisis Intervention Team Training, and Reiki. Keryn's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wesley College, a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Rider University, and post-Masters coursework at Monmouth University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, paddle boarding, crafting, and spending time with loved ones.
Sam Tooley is the co-founder and CEO of Alpha Fit Club, a rapidly-growing group fitness concept based out of New Jersey focusing on circuit-style classes that blend total body strength training and high-intensity cardio intervals. He's also the co-founder and CEO of The Garage Gym, a 24/7 members-only training facility in Westfield, NJ, and the founder & president of The Tooley Legacy Foundation, a non-profit organization helping local families during times of need.
